For the 3rd Street team, serving the people of Frisco, TX is in woven into our fabric. Since opening our doors in 1986 we’ve watched the community of Frisco blossom, and we’ve grown with them. When we first started, we were only one of two auto repair shops in an area that had less than 5,000 people. During those times, we learned what it took to be successful in a city where “high-quality” was quickly becoming the norm. And just like Frisco, which now has over 30 auto shops and a population exploding to over 160,000 people, we’ve grown too.

One of the most unique things we’ve encountered as we’ve grown with the city is watching our customers grow with us. It’s great to see the kids that were wandering our garage in 1986 become the adults they are today, and now they’re bringing their kids into our shop! Being a small part of our customer’s lives has been a humbling experience and it’s one of many reasons why we aim to make each encounter with them a personal one. Our Professional Expectations

Now, how exactly do we show our growth to the people of Frisco? Through our concentrated effort towards continued education. Our garage currently has multiple ASE Certified technicians readily available, but we don’t see that as enough. We expect all of our staff to return to school and get themselves up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and technologies.

During our 30+ years, we’ve learned what it takes to properly repair your car and build your trust. We know how important your car is to live your best life, and we don’t take that responsibility lightly.
